I covered these tins with fabric I bought for a dollar a yard .

Painted and decoupaged  tins.

To upcycle these tins, I sanded them, spray painted them and added wallies to them prior to coating them with a 50-50 solution of Elmer's glue and water. 

Oatmeal containers covered with thrifted wallpaper.
